1. Processing Time (Dispatch)

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Following dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally between 1 and 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • High shipping volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier delays

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund or compensation.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Once tracking information confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
