These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Mercer Vancouver, registered at Binnenhaven 50, 7547 BH Enschede, Netherlands, and reachable via info@mercervancouver.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images and information are accurate and up to date.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and device displays.

  • Minor variations in appearance, measurements or packaging may occur.

  • Typographical errors, pricing errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

  • No rights can be derived from obvious errors or omissions.

Mercer Vancouver reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors where necessary.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received.

4. Processing and Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Time

Following dispatch, estimated delivery times are generally between 1 and 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Origin

Products may be shipped directly from our supplier located in China.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Peak seasonal demand

  • Public holidays

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier delays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation or refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for complete details regarding returns and refunds.

Once an order has been placed and entered processing, cancellation is not possible.

Refund requests, payment disputes or chargebacks may not be initiated before the order has been delivered and received.

Customers are encouraged to contact info@mercervancouver.com before initiating any dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mercer Vancouver shall not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after a parcel has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.

In all circumstances, Mercer Vancouver's liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Product descriptions

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Branding elements

  • Website design and layout

is the intellectual property of Mercer Vancouver and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Any complaints may be submitted in writing via:

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Where a complaint relates to sizing, quality, damage or product defects, customers must provide:

  • Their order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear supporting photographs

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay or prevent the review of the complaint.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
